Hello, Clairemont Democrats!

Join us for our next club meeting next Tuesday, October 8th at 7:00pm inside Elijah’s Restaurant (7061 Clairemont Mesa Blvd., San Diego 92111).

Assemblymember Brian Maienschein will be our guest speaker. Earlier this year, our party welcomed him with open arms as he re-registered and became a new member of our Democratic Party. Brian Maienschein has been an influential legislator in Sacramento, providing key votes on housing, homelessness, and animal welfare legislation.

Clairemont, of course, is split between Assembly Districts 77 and 78. Most of Clairemont is represented by Brian Maienschein in Assembly District 77. Todd Gloria represents the Bay Park neighborhood in Assembly District 78.

Finally, last weekend our executive board met to discuss and plan out the rest of the year for our club. We’ve got some exciting things coming your way!
